Summary:
HTML Help Files (CHM) located on network or remote locations are not viewable, or do not display correctly.
Full Description:
This is caused by Microsoft Security Update 896358. This security update disabled the ability for users to view CHMs over a network or remote location.
Solution:
Users would have to download the CHM files to the local machine instead of viewing it from the server or network location.
