Unable to Login to Zendesk via Destination

This article provides information regarding the issue where users are unable to log in to their Zendesk account via the Destination in Flare. Attempting to log in results in a blank page which does not allow the user to enter their credentials.

Full Description:

Changes from the Zendesk API have broken the ability to use Internet Explorer to log-in to a Zendesk account, which affects the ability to log-in to Zendesk via the Destination in Flare. Note: This should only affect new log-ins - if you are already logged in to Zendesk, you should be able to publish as normal.

Steps:

  1. Attempt to log in to your Zendesk account via the Destination file in Flare .
  2. If you receive a blank window and are unable to log in, please contact our technical support team either by phone or email to receive information about how to bypass this issue.
