Full Description:

It is possible to select multiple files at the same time in Content Explorer. Users may want to do this to move groups of files together, or change topic properties such as the associated stylesheet or to apply a condition to multiple files.

Solution:

In Content Explorer, toggle the "Show Files" control on. The control is located in the Content Explorer toolbar, second from the left.

When Show Files is toggled on, the Content Explorer will split into two panes. Items in the right pane can be multiselected using the click-and-drag method, or by using standard Windows modifier keys like SHIFT, to select a range of files, or CTRL to select multiple individual files.
