Apply a condition to the Content folder
Article #: GEN1017F | Product: Flare | Version: All |
Summary:
This article describes a method to apply a condition to the content folder in Flare's GUI.
Full Description:
Currently, the only way to exclude all topics while still maintaining include/exclude control at a finer detail is to individually apply a condition tag to every topic. Using this method along with Flare's cascading usage of Condition Tags, you can only apply one tag and have it effect all topics.
Solution:
Please follow these steps to implement this solution:
- Create a new Condition Tag titled AllItems
- Apply the AllItems condition to the Resources folder
- Open the Resources folder in Windows Explorer - make sure you can see hidden files
- Move the .folder.props file from the Resources folder to the Content folder
- The Content folder should now be tagged with the AllItems condition
